Makes about 4 dozen biscotti
2 1/4 cups flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup nutella
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a medium bowl
3. Beat eggs in a separate bowl until frothy. Then beat a bit more for good measure.
4. Add sugar and beat for about 2 minutes.
5. Add in nutella and mix.
6. Add flour mix into egg mix and stir until combined.
7. Stir in chocolate chips
8. Divide into 2 sections and put each section on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press dough flat until approximately 1/2" thick.
9. Bake at 350F for 20 minuntes
10. Remove from oven and turn down to 300F.
11. Cut into 1/3-1/2" slices and arrange spaced onto the cookie sheet.
12. Return to oven for 10-12 minutes. Turn biscotti over and then bake for another 10-12 minutes.
13. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
